General Objective
The general objective of the project was to increase the capacities of relevant stakeholders in the Republic of North Macedonia to transfer knowledge related to climate change, with the ultimate goal of enabling adapted and resilient agricultural production.
Specific Objective
To build the capacities of farmers, agricultural organisations and staff of the National Extension Agency (NEA) to address issues related to climate change.
Results and Activities
• Development of educational materials and curricula for secondary agricultural schools
• Organisation of trainings for teachers and extension service staff
• Increased preparedness of farmers and agricultural organisations to apply adapted and resilient production systems
• Transfer of knowledge on climate change at local level.
