This Privacy Policy provides information regarding the personal data processed by the Rural Development Network of North Macedonia (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) when visiting our website or when submitting data to the Controller in any other way.

When collecting any personal data, we act as a Controller in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, and pursuant to the same law, we are obliged to inform each data subject about the processing of their personal data.

As a Controller fulfilling legal obligations and authorisations for the regular functioning of the organisation and the achievement of its objectives, and in accordance with the nature of its work, the Rural Development Network of North Macedonia processes personal data for the following categories:

Employees – in accordance with labour record-keeping legislation, for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations.

Job applicants – for recruitment purposes and in accordance with the applicant’s consent.

Personal data for all the categories listed above are processed when visiting the website, whereby only navigation data, i.e. cookies necessary for normal functioning, are collected.
