Project Summary: Through informal meetings, the problems and needs of rural women from Pehcevo region were identified. The aim was to encourage rural women activism and stimulate their organized work through establishing associations, which will help better flow of information and improvement of women status in the countryside.

Project Summary: The partner organizations organized an event for promotion of the Voluntary Center – Gevgelija, striving to inform the representatives of the local business sector about the benefits from engaging volunteers and at the same time to encourage young people from the region for bigger activism and involvement in the center. The goal was to identify the needs of the private sector at local level and through informal education to address the interests and needs of all labor market stakeholders in direction of reducing the two problems at local level – lack of opportunities for acquiring professional skills among youth in the settlements in Gevgelija and the lack of appropriately qualified staff that will work successfully to meet the needs of the local private sector.
