Call for tenders T2 for Event organization Services in ADVENTOUR II Project
The Rural Development Network of North Macedonia, for the purpose of the project ADVENTOUR II - Project co-funded by the European Union and national funds of the participating countries, implemented under the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Greece – North Macedonia 2021-2027, has an open call for submission of applications for selection of External Expertise and Services for Tender 2, with experience in providing expertise for “Event organization” i.e. to implement the activities foreseen under WP2 Deliverable D2.4 of the AdvenTour II project in the Republic of North Macedonia.
The specific objective of this contract is to support the Rural Development Network of NM in providing expertise for “Event organization” i.e. to implement the activities foreseen under WP2 Deliverable D2.4 of the AdvenTour II project in the Republic of North Macedonia, through the provision of specialized external expertise and services.
In particular, the contract aims to:
- Organise two (2) Info Days during the project implementation period to inform citizens and local authorities about the project’s objectives and ongoing activities.
- Organise one (1) Final Public Event to present the project’s results, achievements, and impact to a wider audience, including policymakers, decision-makers, and academic representatives.
Tenders must be sent to the contracting authority before March 13 2026, 16:00h.
