On the 20th and 21st of May, the second national training on sustainable agriculture and rural development was organized within the project "Farm to Fork Academy for Green Western Balkans - Our shared European future", financed by the European Union.
 
 
 
 
The two-day training was held in Dojran and aimed to share knowledge with NGOs related to agroecology, sustainable horticultural production, the adoption of organic agriculture for sustainable food systems and the application of circular economy in agriculture. The 15 representatives of non-governmental organizations and the public sector had the opportunity to discuss and share knowledge and experiences related to the topics, as well as to share ideas and proposals for further cooperation to achieve the goals of the project.
 
 
 
 
 
 
The event is part of the regional project "Farm to Fork Academy for Green Western Balkans - Our shared European future" financed by the European Union and jointly implemented by the national rural development networks of the six countries of the Western Balkans and Croatia, as well as the Balkan Rural Development Network.
