Objective of the initiative: Improving the quality of life of residents and providing conditions for tourism development through the construction of road and communal infrastructure in Uma village, Gevgelija municipality.

Activities:

  • Cleaning and closing down of illegal landfills in the village (one large and two smaller ones)
  • Construction of a part of the main road (in traditional style – cobblestones) for 185 meters in length
  • Setting up new garbage containers for waste disposal and initial waste selection

Involved local actors: ZG Meglenija, Viki kompani DOOEL, Konti – Hidroplast DOOEL, Ampirat inzenering DOO, RI-NA KOM DOO, Stoun FORM DOOEL, JPKD Komunalec Gevgelija, FLORIT – Gevgellija, and the people of Uma
