Representatives of the Rural Development Network of North Macedonia – implementer of USAID’s Community Development Program held a working meeting with representatives of the Progressive Academy Foundation to discuss this Program and the ongoing activities and programs implemented by the Foundation in terms of the development of educational programs, business acceleration, and community development activities.

 

 

Additionally, the meeting focused on the goals for sustainable development of rural areas through increased involvement of local stakeholders in recognizing and prioritizing the real needs of the community. The team of the Rural Development Network of North Macedonia had the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the Vincini Development Center, as well as the opportunities and innovative content available on campus.

The present discussed the opportunities for cooperation within the Community Development Program with great interest and a positive attitude. The Program represents a catalyst for development, as a sustainable model that can be replicated and scaled up in other geographical areas or thematic sectors.
