Rural Development Network of North Macedonia, for the purpose of the project IDEAS - Project co-funded by the European Union and national funds of the participating countries, implemented under the Interreg IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme “Greece – Republic of North Macedonia 2014-2020, has an open call for submission of applications for selection of External Expertise and Services with experience in providing training on issues such as 1) Strategic management, 2) Financial management, 3) Resources management and inventory, 4) Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting
The main objectives of this call are:
- Design of curricula for two-days trainings focused on 1) Strategic management, marketing and promotion, 2) Financial management, 3) Resources management and inventory, 4) Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting
- Development of content and materials for two-days trainings 1) Strategic management, marketing and promotion, 2) Financial management, 3) Resources management and inventory, 4) Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting
- Realization of four two-days trainings 1) Strategic management, marketing and promotion, 2) Financial management, 3) Resources management and inventory, 4) Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting that follow the developed curricula (Outcome 1) and content (Outcome 2)
- Evaluation and reporting on the conducted trainings based on Realization of four two-days trainings (Outcome 3)
- Outcome 5. Preparation of a Guide for financing of businesses
