Rural Development Network of North Macedonia, for the purpose of the project ADVENTOUR II - Project co-funded by the European Union and national funds of the participating countries, implemented under the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Greece – North Macedonia 2021-2027, has an open call for submission of applications for selection of External Expertise and Services for Tender 1, with experience in providing expertise for “Communication planning and material production” i.e. to implement the activities foreseen under WP2 Deliverables D2.2 and D2.3 of the AdvenTour II project.
The specific objective of this contract is to support the Rural Development Network of NM in providing expertise for “Development of Communication and Dissemination material” i.e. to implement the communication and dissemination activities foreseen under WP2 Deliverables D2.2 and D2.3 of the AdvenTour II project in the Republic of North Macedonia, through the provision of specialized external expertise and services.
In particular, the contract aims to:
- Implement structured and targeted communication and media actions under Deliverable D2.2, enhancing the visibility of AdvenTour II activities, results, and added value in the Republic of North Macedonia, with RDN NM acting as responsible partner in close cooperation with the Lead Beneficiary, Project Partner 2, and Project Partner 5.
- Establish and operate, together with the Lead Beneficiary, a Cross-Border Media Office, enabling the joint creation, editing, and dissemination of communication content through traditional and online media channels, including the project’s social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
- Deliver coordinated communication planning and management services, including the preparation of media plans, definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and periodic reporting, in compliance with the Programme’s Information & Publicity (I&P) Guidelines and in cooperation with the Programme Officer.
- Enhance public awareness and stakeholder understanding of inclusive and accessible tourism concepts, opportunities, and good practices promoted by the project, with particular attention to persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
- Design, produce, and disseminate high-quality communication and dissemination materials under Deliverable D2.3, including information kits and promotional banners, supporting the dissemination of project results and reflecting the joint cross-border identity of AdvenTour II.
- Ensure consistency, coherence, and complementarity between national-level communication actions in North Macedonia and the overall cross-border communication strategy of the AdvenTour II project.
- Strengthen the institutional communication capacities of Project Partner 4 through structured media engagement, systematic dissemination activities, and application of EU communication best practices.
- Ensure that all communication outputs fully comply with EU visibility, accessibility, and branding requirements, while clearly reflecting the cross-border nature of the project.
